1. What this site is

FindVigorBuy is an independent, automatically generated index of listings that already exist on a public spreadsheet and on third-party marketplaces. It is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by Vigorbuy or any other shopping agent.

We are not a shop. We hold no inventory, take no payments, arrange no shipping and have no contractual relationship with any seller. When you follow a link from here you leave this site and deal entirely with that third party under their terms.

2. Brand names and trademarks

All trademarks, trade names, logos and brand identifiers referred to on this site are the property of their respective owners. FindVigorBuy is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or connected to any of them.

Where a brand or model name appears, it is used descriptively — to report how a third-party seller has titled or categorised their own listing, so that the listing can be searched and grouped. Such use is nominative and identifies the rights holder's goods; it is not a claim of origin, licence, endorsement or approval, and it is not intended to suggest any commercial connection.

We make no representation that any indexed item is genuine, licensed or brand-authorised. We do not inspect items, do not authenticate them and cannot verify what a seller has listed. Any brand-name label shown here reflects a seller's own wording and automated text matching, nothing more.

3. Authenticity, quality and legality

Listings are third-party, unverified and frequently inaccurate. Titles, prices, images and availability are set by sellers and change without notice. Automated brand and category detection is imperfect and some items are mislabelled.

Importing goods that infringe a trademark is unlawful in many countries and such goods may be seized or destroyed by customs, at your cost. Deciding what you may lawfully order where you live is your responsibility, not ours. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or purchasing advice.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Outbound links to shopping agents carry a referral code (6Pev949O for Vigorbuy, the same code published on the source sheet). If you register or order through one, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

This does not affect what appears here or in what order. Ranking and sorting are by price, item count or search relevance only — never by commission. We are paid the same regardless of which item you choose, and we do not accept payment for placement.

5. Privacy and data

This is a static site. We do not run advertising or third-party analytics, we set no tracking cookies, and we do not operate user accounts, newsletters or contact forms — so there is nothing here for us to build a profile from.

Local storage. Your chosen shopping agent is saved in your browser's localStorage so the preference survives a reload. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing site data removes it.
Server logs. Our host records standard request data (IP address, timestamp, user agent, referrer) to serve pages and mitigate abuse. This is ordinary technical processing, retained briefly and not used to profile you.
Third parties. Product thumbnails are served from the marketplace's own image CDN, and web fonts from Google Fonts, so those providers necessarily see the request your browser makes. Following an outbound link hands you to that operator's own privacy policy.

If you are in the UK or EU you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over personal data we hold. In practice we hold almost none, but you can exercise them — or complain to your data protection authority — via [email protected].

Note for maintainers: this section is accurate only while the site ships no analytics and no advertising. Adding either changes the legal position and this text, and would likely require a consent banner for UK/EU visitors.

6. Reporting a listing (rights holders)

If you own or represent an intellectual property right and believe an entry here infringes it, email [email protected] and we will review it promptly. We would much rather fix it than argue about it.

To let us act quickly, please include:

The right you are asserting, and the registration number or evidence of it.
The full URL of every page on this site you want addressed.
Enough detail to identify the specific entries at issue.
Your name, organisation, role and a reply address.
A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
A statement that the information you have given is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

What we will do. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days. Where a report is properly made we will remove or suppress the entries, and we can also add a brand to a permanent exclusion list so future automated ingests never re-publish it — which is usually what a rights holder actually wants, since the underlying seller listings are outside our control and will otherwise reappear.

We index third-party listings; we do not host the goods, the sellers or the marketplaces. Removing an entry here does not remove the seller's listing, and we have no ability to do so on your behalf.

7. Terms of use

This site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Prices, stock and links are point-in-time readings that go stale quickly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this site or reliance on anything in it, including any dealing with a third-party seller or shopping agent. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Automated bulk scraping, resale of the index, and any use that interferes with the site's operation are not permitted. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
