What a Vigorbuy Spreadsheet Actually Is
A "Vigorbuy spreadsheet" is a public Google Sheet listing products
available through Vigorbuy, a Chinese shopping agent. Someone builds the sheet
by hand, adds a product name, a price and a link for each row, and shares it on
Telegram, Discord or Reddit. There is no official one — the widely circulated
sheet is community-maintained and carries the author's referral code.
What the columns mean
Most of these sheets settle on a similar repeating block of columns:
- QcImage — an embedded photo, usually a quality-control shot taken at the warehouse
- Name — a freeform description like
stone island sweatshirt - orig. price — the seller's listed price in USD
- disc. price — the price after the sheet author's discount, typically 15% lower
- link — the Vigorbuy product URL, with an invite code attached
Blocks sit side by side and repeat down the page, so a single tab can hold
several categories at once. That layout is why Ctrl+F is the only practical way
to use the raw sheet.
Why the sheet format struggles
Spreadsheets were not built to be storefronts, and it shows:
- Search engines cannot read it. Google does not index the contents of a
Google Sheet, so none of the products are discoverable outside the community.
- It is slow. Thousands of embedded images make the file heavy enough that
the sheet itself advises reducing the zoom to 67% to see a usable amount.
- There are no filters. You cannot ask for hoodies under $20, or see every
Stone Island item at once, without scrolling and squinting.
- Duplicates are everywhere. The same product name often appears dozens of
times for different colourways or sellers.
- It goes stale silently. Prices move and listings die, and a sheet gives
you no signal that a row is dead until you click it.
What to check before you buy
A spreadsheet row is a pointer, not a recommendation. Nobody has inspected the
item on your behalf.
- Open the listing and look at the seller's history and review count.
- Compare the sheet price against the live price — sheets drift.
- Look at recent QC photos for that exact item, not the seller's studio shots.
- Be sceptical of unusually cheap rows; they are often a different item, a
single accessory, or a listing error.
A note on legality and risk
These sheets index replica goods. Depending on where you live, importing them
can mean seizure at customs and, occasionally, a fine. That is a real risk you
take on yourself. Nothing here is legal advice, and this site does not sell
anything — it only makes an already-public list easier to read.
Questions
Is there an official Vigorbuy spreadsheet?
No. The widely shared sheets are community-made and carry their author's referral code. Vigorbuy itself publishes its own hosted catalogue instead.
Why do prices here differ from the ones on Vigorbuy?
Sheet prices are a snapshot. Sellers change prices constantly, so always treat the figure as a guide and confirm on the listing.
What does the invite code do?
It credits the sheet's author with a referral commission and sometimes unlocks a shipping discount for you. It does not change the item price.
Why are the same items listed many times?
Each colourway or seller usually gets its own row. In the sheet this site indexes, 4,194 listings share only about 860 distinct product names.
